Circa 1920's, this finely detailed Art Deco platinum vintage diamond wedding ring is artisan crafted in a romantic filigree hand cut scrolls filigree openwork design. Set around 12 shimmering single cut diamonds for a total diamond weight of approximately 0.30 carat, this one-of-a-kind vintage eternity diamond wedding band measures 4.4 millimeters wide.
